Charmmy is an experienced community dietitian and cooking instructor dedicated to improving quality of life through evidence-based nutrition care and practical healthy eating. In 2023, she founded Dietitian’s Kitchen, combining her passion for food with her professional expertise to empower people to eat well, cook confidently, and live healthier lives.

Charmmy’s passion for nutrition began in 2012 and led her to complete a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at Flinders University in 2020. She is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), committed to delivering evidence-based, client-centred, and compassionate care.

Having lived in Hong Kong, the UK, and Australia, Charmmy has developed a strong appreciation for diverse food cultures. She believes healthy eating is about balance, enjoyment, and sustainability rather than restriction. Her approach focuses on translating nutrition science into practical, everyday strategies, helping clients prepare nutritious meals, shop with confidence, and build lifelong healthy habits.

Claire is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with experience across private practice, hospitals, aged care, NDIS and rural health services. She provides practical, evidence-based nutrition support tailored to each person’s unique goals and lifestyle.

Claire has worked with people of all ages across a wide range of clinical settings, supporting individuals with disability, chronic disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal conditions, paediatric nutrition, malnutrition, enteral feeding and texture-modified diets.

She believes the best health outcomes come from working collaboratively with clients, families and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Her approach focuses on realistic nutrition strategies that fit naturally into everyday life while improving health, independence and quality of life.

🍎Madeline (Maddie)

Nutritionist & Therapy Assistant

Maddie is a nutritionist and therapy assistant who believes food is a powerful way to bring people together. She enjoys helping individuals build healthier eating habits through practical cooking, nutrition education and meaningful shared experiences.

Food has always been Maddie’s love language. Whether she’s preparing meals for family and friends or developing new recipes, she enjoys using food to create connection, kindness and lasting memories.

Alongside her passion for nutrition, Maddie supports clients through practical cooking sessions and lifestyle education, helping them gain confidence in preparing healthy meals and making positive changes that last.

Therapy Assistant

Carmen is a Therapy Assistant and Social Work student who enjoys supporting people to build confidence, independence and meaningful community connections through everyday activities, cooking and social participation.

Carmen is passionate about person-centred support and believes everyone should have the opportunity to achieve their goals in a respectful, encouraging and enjoyable environment.

She assists clients with cooking, daily living skills and community outings, helping them develop practical skills while promoting wellbeing, inclusion and confidence in everyday life.
