Ingredients:

Method:
1. Dice the tomatoes, slice the mushrooms, mince the garlic, cut fish fillet into bite size pieces and roughly chop the basil and coriander.
2. Cook fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente (tender but firm to bite). Drain and set aside.
3. In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add prawns and fish to the pan. Cook until opaque and cooked through, set aside.

5. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil, add sliced mushrooms and diced tomatoes to the pan. Cook until mushrooms are tender, and tomatoes release their juices, season with salt and pepper.

6. Stir in chopped basil and coriander. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
7. Add the cooked fettuccine, prawns, and fish back into the pan. Mix together until well combined.
8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
